All-Star Alley & Tavern Recruitment

All-Star Alley & Tavern, which is managed by Trifecta Management Group, will launch an immersive sports concept with Americana cuisine, bowling and live music. The venue will have more than 40 televisions for guests to watch college and professional sporting events.

Prior to opening, All-Star Alley & Tavern will be looking to fill more than 100 positions and will be participating in a job fair from 3 to 6 p.m. May 9 on the third-level of the canyon area at Destiny USA.

All-Star Alley & Tavern will offer made-from-scratch dining, two full-service bars, private VIP areas, billiard tables and arcade games with prize store.

The bowling alley is slated to open in late May, and will conduct a "Month of Giving," campaign where a portion of sales each Sunday are donated to local charities and not-for-profit organizations. Proceeds will go to five local charities, including Carol M Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund, Inc. on June 11, McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center on June 18, Advocates on June 25, Vera House, Inc. on July 2 and HOPE for Bereaved, Inc. on July 9.
