Health Train Program Session - Clinical Skills (CNA & Cert Home Health Aide)

Our upcoming Health Train Program Session will focus on Clinical Skills (Certified Home Health Aide & Certified Nursing Assistant).

The application due date is March 18th, 2019. The information flyer for the program is attached. Also attached is the updated WorkTrain application and information to help you guide candidates.  

Please to stop by the SUNY Syracuse EOC Office Admissions Office at 100 New Street, Room 200, with ID and income information (2017 1040, PA statement/letter, SSI letter, or release papers, etc.) to fill out the application for the program.
