Currently looking for people with excellent customer service skills! A local downtown company is seeking qualified customer service representatives for their inbound call center. These are temporary, full-time positions with the potential to be hired on permanently.

Must be available to work the training schedule of either 7:00am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm for the first few weeks, and then be able to work a shift that could range between 10:00am - 8:00pm, including one weekend day as needed. The pay rate is $9.50/hour, $10.50/hour for bilingual representatives and shift differential. After training period, eligible for incentive programs!

Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls in a call center environment
- Scheduling non-emergency transportation for Medicaid recipients, by contacting transportation providers by phone and/or online
- Verifying information, data entry
- Miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience required. Call center experience a plus, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in computers
- High degree of accuracy in data entry
- Bilingual is a plus! Candidates bilingual in Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin are strongly encouraged to apply
