Customer Service Representative

Starting pay for this position is $14/hr and training is provided.
Responsible for monitoring residential and commercial accounts across the nation to protect the dealer's clients from a fire and burglary standpoint. The position is mainly being on the phone and calling clients to either make sure the alarm that we received wasn't a false alarm, so that we can provide emergency help if necessary. If it is an emergency the operator is required to contact the police or fire department to dispatch the authorities and provide assistance to the client in need.
A minimum of an AS Degree, equivalent credits towards a Bachelors Degree or equivalent Military service are preferred, but candidates with experience in customer service or call centers will be considered. Previous customer service experience, proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), advanced oral and written communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Call center experience and fluency in a second language is a plus. Training is provided. OJT applicants encouraged.
Rapid Response Monitoring will be holding a
recruitment with mini-interviews.
