Personal Care Aides (PCA, CNA, HHA A Plus!) Full-Time and Part-Time Positions available in Syracuse.
Self-Direct, Inc. NYS DOH Licensed Home Care Agency provides services to individuals who have survived a traumatic brain injury, MS, Spinal Cord Injury, Alzheimer's and Dementia. Personal Care Aides provide assistance, training and supervision with daily living skills/tasks, personal hygiene, dressing meal preparation, light household tasks, socialization, etc.

• Free PCA Training offered Weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm PAID Orientation
• Requirements 2 forms of ID Shot Records (Proof of MMR's) Physical Completed by Physician within Past 12 Months Must Pass a Background Check Free PPD Testing
• We offer the following Weekly Paycheck 24/7 On-Call Support 4-12 Hour Shifts Available 8 Hour ACD Testing Available for PCA Certification for Individuals with Prior Experience/Certifications.

Compensation: Competitive pay and benefits option: Pay is DOE starting at $9.75 per hour.
