  • Review policies; verify accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in agency management system.
  • Collaborate with team members, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

The 12 hour shifts run like this:



A Shift 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The position of Automation Technician requires daily interaction with the Automation group and other manufacturing groups.

Responsibilities will include daily tasks and project work relating to automation equipment with emphasis on keeping the machines running productively and efficiently. It is a hands-on position involving various levels of automation tasks, independent and team projects.

Level I

  • Interact with other Automation Technicians and other manufacturing groups to accomplish PM, C/Os, Minor repairs and upkeep to keep system running, and basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Assist in the maintenance of automation equipment and automation systems, reporting any issues to the Automation Supervisor, and production leads.
  • Communicate with team members regarding equipment condition, equipment needs, and work completed during the shift.
  • Continually look for new opportunities to improve current equipment, processes, and efficiencies.
  • Must keep worksites clean and orderly. All tools and equipment should be returned to their assigned places at the conclusion of each shift.

    Level II

  • Responsible for completing a combination of Level I job duties as assigned.

  • Train, Assist, and evaluate Automation Technicians Level 1 and 2
