This person lives in a neat and orderly home within a quiet neighborhood.Tasks required include supporting activities for daily living, mobility, transfers from bed to wheelchair, hygiene support and toileting, engaging with exercises and supporting the individual with home-based activities of his choice.
This position is funded by the New York State CDPAP program facilitated by PPL First. You will be supported with navigating the enrollment process for this program.

Pest Control Technician Job Description
Job Title: Pest Control Technician
Summary: Completes a pest control route each day and provides customers with the best pest control and eradication services in the industry by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
● Follows a daily route schedule and ensures timely arrivals at each stop.
● Discusses the scope of services provided with the customer to include preventative measures, procedures, sanitation and structural corrections.
● Identifies customer’s insect and rodent problems and determines corrective steps as required.
● Schedules work on assigned route, maintains current account service instructions and assists in contacting customers when appropriate.
● Attains levels of productivity based on training experience and types of accounts serviced. Provides pest control services by placing pest control materials in designated locations, conducting inspections and resolving customer issues.
● Evaluates pest control situations by inspecting conditions/new infestations; determining causes and analyzing treatments, prevention/exclusion options.
● Provides corrective repairs to customer property if needed after conclusion of pest/termite services.
● Places pest control materials in designated interior/exterior areas by determining appropriate bait (includes gels, dust, granules and liquids).
● Completes and turns in daily production reports, invoices, and all monies collected.
● Complies with safety procedures through use of personal protective equipment and notification to customers of pesticide chemicals.
● Ensures timely and proper completion of customer and administrative reports.
● Maintains equipment and company vehicle in a safe and orderly manner at all times.

Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities:
- Cook, grill and serve menu offerings within a designated station.
- Utilize a stove top, flat top, open flame grill and other necessary kitchen equipment.
- Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards.
- Prepare and serve food and any goods per guest specifications.
- Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.

Home Care Agency seeking to hire a community outreach representative to promote and build our company within the Central NY Region. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the community in order to generate quality leads for Home Care services.

Sustainable Office Solutions, LLC in Syracuse has an immediate opening for a Warehouse / Delivery / Installation person to join our team. This is a Full-Time Position.
Though the ideal candidate would have prior “Office Furniture or Furniture” assembly/installation experience, or moving/handling experience, it is not required, as we will be happy to train you as long as you have a strong work ethic and are reliable.
A typical workday consists of the following:
1) Arrive by 8:00 AM, unless the schedule for a specific day requires an earlier start time.
2) If deliveries are scheduled for that day, you will work with the Supervisor of the Warehouse/Installation team to load the truck with the client’s furniture, if it weren’t already loaded the night before.
3) You and the Supervisor will drive to the client location.
4) You will work together to unload the product and place it in the client’s desired location.
5) You will work together on any required assembly of the product.
6) Any packing materials are to be removed from the client location.
7) The Supervisor will ensure that the client is satisfied with the job and completes any paperwork.
8) Upon returning to the Warehouse, any trash/cardboard is placed in the designated area for future disposal. Any tools are put back where they belong, and paperwork is turned in to the office.
9) When no deliveries are scheduled, prepping furniture for future deliveries and / or working in the warehouse to keep things organized, is the priority.
10) When Vendor shipments come to the Warehouse, unload, carefully check to ensure no damage on delivery, and turn in the receiving paperwork to the office.
Other Information:
Hand lifting limited to approximately 50lbs or less. Heavier product is handled by more than one person and / or with the help of Pallet Jacks, Carts, Fork Lifts.
Hours: Typically, M- F 8 - 5 but in some cases after-hours may be required to accommodate the client.
We prefer that the person has a clean NY State Driver’s License so he can drive our vehicles, but it is not an automatic disqualification if not. No special license is required for our vehicles. You must however, have reliable transportation to our facilities.
Starting Pay: $15-$18,00 per hour based on experience, with time and a half overtime. Subsequent raises based on performance.
Full time benefits after probationary period include Vacation Time, Sick / Personal Time, Paid Holidays, Health and Dental Insurance available with Company Contribution towards premiums.
